Ken Jautz

Ken Jautz is the newly appointed president of US operations of CNN. He was appointed on September 24, 2010 replacing Jonathan Klein.[1]

Jautz received his B.S. from Cornell University and a M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He was a correspondent for the Associated Press from 1981 to 1989 and CNN's German bureau chief from 1988 to 1995. From 1995 to 1999, Jautz was the Vice President of business development for Turner Broadcasting Europe. He served as the managing director of n-tv, a German news channel, from 1999 to 2001 before he was hired to run CNNfn in 2001.[2]
